I know lots of people who have this fetish (or know them virtually, anyway.) There used to be a forum for it but it isn't very active any more. One thing is for sure, it's a lot easier to fake a cough than a sneeze, and a heck of a lot easier to induce one as well lol.

I feel the same way exactly. I really really like it on, like, a different (non-sexual?) level, but only when it's associated with mild illness or sometimes allergies. I feel that way about most physical ailments, actually, but I think that (after sneezing obviously) coughing is definitely my favorite.

I've been meaning to respond to this ages ago, but then felt I'd just be repeating everything said above. But now that I'm intentionally avoiding work, I figured 'eh, wth?' So, yeah I like coughing, but I have a few exceptions. As Sen said above: It has to be related to something mild (allergies, cold, sinus infection, and sometimes bronchitis), because everything else beyond that just scares the hell out of me. Also, it has to have the right sound, because if it sounds anything even remotely close to that person v-ing, then I get very freaked out as well.

But a definite pro of coughing: it irritates the throat and can lead to a hoarse voice, which is definitely my favoritest thing next to sneezing.

Holy Shit, Sherri....This is scary.  and here's a quote from him this time :
