Thoughts on sneezing in public

This perfectly describes how I feel, especially that I have seen other people being described in the past as gross for sneezing. 😢

My mental block is so strong and has its own set of very specific rules! I don’t think I’ve ever sneezed around people I know. Even on the rare occasion I actually need to so badly, I just can’t let it out and it sort of happens internally?! If I'm in public but its not crowded and I don't feel like anyone is looking at then I can let out a quiet, muffled sneeze but the timing literally has to be perfect. For example, I was out walking a friend's dog the other day and had a very tickly nose but there were just a few too many people on the street and even looking up at the sun wasn't helping me out. I was approaching a tree which was going to hide me from sight for just a couple of seconds just as I walked past so I brought my elbow to my face in anticipation and lo and behold, as soon as I reached the tree I was able to sneeze. so weird how this mental block controls everything!
