Hanging out with somebody who is obviously very miserable due to a bad cold/allergies, meaning they're pushing all the right fetish buttons for you, but it's clear they aren't really up for socializing

 YES!

A fantastic fake from your favourite actor/actress

or

A so-so real one during an interview

Hmm... difficult, but I'd say the acted one.

Someone with allergies not bothering to take their meds because they get drowsy

or

Someone with allergies forgetting to take their meds?

Link to comment

Definitely forgetting to take them. Not bothering to implies that the allergy isn't really all that severe, and I tend to go for rather extreme symptoms. If the allergy is tolerable without medicine, it's not going to be as intense.

1. One person purposely infecting another person, either through conventional means or by magic.

or

2. One person accidentally infecting another person, either through conventional means or by magic.

In real life? Accidently. But in fiction, it's definitely more interesting for it to happen on purpose. So...let's go with on purpose.

Sneezing because of dust/animal allergies?

OR

Sneezing because of a plant/flower allergies?

Hearing / watching someone sneeze on TV or in a movie

I totally prefer this - that way, I can rewind to my heart's content and play it over and over and over. :kisscheek:

A cartoon character you like sneezing?

OR

A live-action character you like sneezing?

Link to comment

Hmm... cartoon, I think. Got some favourites back in the day that I never saw sneezing. Rainbow Brite for example. :kisscheek:

Ahem. Back on topic.

Would you rather have someone sneezing while giving you a back massage

or

Someone sneezing while you give them a back massage?

Someone sneezing while you give them a back massage?

Oooh, I pick this one so I can feel their whole body with my hands!! :kisscheek:

Someone holding on to you while they sneeze?

Or

Someone holding on to some other object, but you get a full view while they sneeze?

Link to comment

Hmm...in real life, it would probably be holding onto something else. I'd be too worried about germs to be able to enjoy someone sneezing on me, and in almost every case they'd expect me to be disgusted and I wouldn't know how to react properly. In fiction, definitely a person holding onto another person. In that case, the situation itself is more likely to be interesting, and for me the situation surrounding the sneeze is just as important, if not moreso, than the sneeze itself.

1. Someone has a cold which is clearly making them miserable--they look, sound, and act like they feel awful. They have all the symptoms you find attractive, but they don't enjoy it at all.

or

2. Someone has a cold which they don't seem to mind very much. They have all the symptoms you find appealling, but they don't talk about it or act as if they feel unwell, they just go on with their lives as usual.

Link to comment

Plot is definitely more important to me. Sometimes I'm actually put off by it if there's actual sex-sex, depending on how or why it happens. Because the stuff I like tends to have really exxagerrated symptoms that leave the sufferer feeling absolutely awful...and most people DON'T want to have sex when that's happening. And I'm a realism nut. I read all the time anyway, so plot/story is pretty important to me. Character possibly moreso.

About fetish porn...

1. A story with really great sex, but light on the fetishy parts?

or

2. A story with mediocre and/or no sex, but heavy on the fetishy parts?

Link to comment

Heavy on fetishy parts. Definitely.

Someone allergic to perfume/cologne

or

someone allergic to flowers?

(I have a funny feeling I asked the exact same question a few pages back, but I'm too lazy to check).

Link to comment

Hm...both are appealling. I like pollen because it's so pervasive and hard to avoid, and because pollen is essentially plant jizz, which can make for interesting commentary. I also like perfume because then you can almost be allergic to a specific person. In fiction I like the idea of people purposely setting someone else off, so purposefully wearing a perfume that you know will be a problem is rather interesting. I guess I'll go with perfume?

1. Someone who has allergies AND a cold at the same time, thus possibly producing more misery.

or

2. Someone only having one at a time, thus focusing more on the individual situations.

Link to comment

Only one at a time. Colds turn me off like you wouldn't believe, so allergies only thank you. :)

Someone sneezing and cursing

or

Someone sneezing and blessing themselves?

Link to comment

In real life, blessing themselves. I don't really like hearing people get angry about anything in real life, it frightens me. In fiction, I prefer cursing, because I want them to be displeased about their sneeze.

1. Your preferred gender experiencing your non-preferred cause? (Ex: You like female sneezing, you hate allergies. Thus, female with allergies.)

or

2. Your non-preferred gender experiencing your preferred cause? (Ex: You hate male sneezing, you love colds. Thus, male with a cold.)

Edit: I don't know what I thought I was replying to, but I wasn't looking at the right one. My answer still stands, but the "always and forever times a million" doesn't really apply anymore. :)

Number 1.

Okay. This one's for the contagion fans!

1. Your S.O. catching a cold from you

OR

2. You catching a cold from your S.O.?

Link to comment

Oh I'd rather catch the cold so that I can sneeze uninhibitedly in the happy knowledge that I'm not going to give him anything he hasn't already had.

1. Someone sneezing and dabbing at their nose.

or

2. Someone sneezing and blowing.

Link to comment

Sneezing and blowing. One of my favorite symptoms is congestion, and just dabbing isn't going to do anything for that.

This applies to both real life and to fiction.

1. Someone who catches cold often, but not too severely.

or

2. Somone who catches cold VERY rarely, but when they do it's the most delicious cold you can possibly conjure up.

Link to comment

2. I don't mind having something to look forward to.

An attractive actor sneezing on stage (only once but it is a good one)

or

same actor acting out several realistic-sounding sneezes as a part of the plot?

Link to comment

Probably acted-out realistic sneezes. I dunno why, but I like the idea of an actor having to fake a sneeze as part of the script. I know if I were a screenwriter.... :kisscheek:

Someone sneezing several times while doing an everday activity, like reading or unloading groceries.

OR

Someone sneezing once while being *ahem* "intimate."

Link to comment

1. I want many, just one is pointless.

Someone sneezing while making a speech/presentation

or

Someone sneezing while you make a speech/presentation?

Link to comment

Someone sneezing while making a speech/presentation. I have enough trouble with public speaking as it is, if someone sneezed during my presentation I'd probably just freeze and get really embarassed.

Someone of your preferred gender sneezing and getting blessed by someone of the same gender.

or

Someone of your preferred gender sneezing and getting blessed by someone of the opposite gender.

Link to comment

Hmm...blessing doesn't really do much for me, though the abscense of it can sometimes be annoying. I've noticed that women tend to bless people more than men do (at least in my experience), and my preferred gender is male, so I'm going to say by the same sex, because it strikes me as more unusual.

1. Someone having had allergies for their entire life. They're used to it, they've had an entire lifetime of sneeziness.

or

2. Someone developing allergies suddenly. They aren't used to it at all.

Link to comment

2, definitely. :) I imagine they'd be all flustered and irritated about it, yummm.

Someone you like having a huge sneezing fit over the phone?

OR

Someone you like sneezing only a few times right in front of you?

Link to comment

Definitely the first one. If it happened in front of me, I'd be too embarassed to get a good look, so there wouldn't be much point. I'd rather it sound spectacular and be able to appreciate it without getting nervous.

1. Someone being angry at the person they caught a cold from, and blaming them.

or

2. Someone being okay with having caught a cold from someone else, and being concerned about the well-being of the other sick person.
