Don'tif I should have just started a new kudos thread for this or not, but I didn't want to clog up the board when I can just put this in here. So;

A HUGE kudos to all the mods and admins and everyone who runs this forum! I feel like I've been around long enough now to have at least gotten a good glimpse how much you all do. Just today I was reminded once again of how many times you have to answer the same questions from new people about why they can't post here or there, or why there post was "deleted" when it was actually just moved to the correct location, and stuff like that, when if they just took a few minutes to read through the constitution most of their questions would be answered. I'm not blaiming them or anything I'm sure I did the same thing when I first joined, but I can see how tiring and annoying and frusterating it must become for all of you to have to answer the same questions over and over again. Even I get annoyed with it and I'm not required to answer those questions! I do try to help though. But I just thought you all deserved a big thank you and kudos and hug for all the hard work you do and all the stupid stuff we do that you have to put up with. So, big 's for all of you. And *raises hand shyly* I would be honored to help out as a mod or anything if you ever want me. I warn you I'm not great at conflict, but I feel like this place has given me so much that I want to do something in return.

Right, I'll stop rambling now and let you get back to work! Just thought you should know how much you're appreciated around here, and stuff.
